When you create a viewer account, you provide your name, email address, and password. We use account information to manage your access to content.
If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message and use it to respond to your request.
Streaming platform and technical information
Our streaming service uses TVAppBuilder. Its published policy describes collection of usage information, IP addresses, browser and operating-system information, device identifiers, and cookies. It uses information to operate its service, support accounts, analyze usage, and address security issues.
Its policy describes sharing with hosting, analytics, payment, and other service providers. It also describes encrypted transmission and restricted access.

Purchases
Our streaming storefront offers checkout through Stripe. Information submitted during checkout is handled by the payment provider under its applicable privacy policy.

Notifications
Our streaming service offers optional notifications about shows, premieres, and live events. You can manage notification permissions through your browser or device settings.
Website comments
When you leave a comment on our website, we collect the information entered in the comment form, your IP address, and browser user agent information to help detect spam.
An anonymized string generated from your email address may be sent to Gravatar to determine whether you use that service. After your comment is approved, your profile picture may appear publicly alongside it.

Uploaded images
If you upload images to our website, avoid including embedded location information such as EXIF GPS data. Visitors may be able to download the images and extract that information.
Website cookies

Retention
Website comments and their associated information are retained indefinitely to help recognize and approve follow-up comments.
For registered website users, we store information provided in their profiles. Users can view and edit their information, although usernames cannot be changed. Website administrators can also access and edit profile information.
TVAppBuilder publishes separate retention terms: active-account retention, deletion within 30 days after account termination unless legally required otherwise, and backup retention of up to 90 days. These are its platform terms; they do not establish a verified deletion timeline for every viewer record.
Access, correction, and deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or viewer account, email info@BradmanMedia.com with the subject “Privacy Request.”
Include the email address associated with your account and describe your request. Do not send your password. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
